Responsibility

The KOL/KOC & Talent Specialist is responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing creators, talents, and production partners across multiple content formats and platforms. This role supports marketing campaigns, street interview productions, and brand collaborations by building a reliable talent pool and ensuring smooth communication between talents, creators, and internal teams.

• Source, shortlist, and maintain a database of talents including:
  • 临时演员
  • 街头采访主持人
  • 街头采访摄影师 / 抓机
  • KOL / KOC（小红书、Instagram、TikTok）
  • Marketers, script writers, video editors
  • 对接小红书博主的 Talent / MCN 公司
• Build and continuously update a structured talent database (profiles, contact details, pricing, availability, performance notes).
• Liaise with talents, creators, and talent agencies regarding collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate availability, deliverables, timelines, and basic commercial terms.
• Act as the main point of contact between talents and internal teams.
• Track talent performance, reliability, and feedback after each collaboration.
• Identify high-performing talents for long-term or repeat collaboration.
• Maintain clear records for budgeting, payments, and usage rights.
• Stay updated on creator, KOL, and content trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Actively discover new creators, emerging talents, and niche KOCs.
