A growing international company is seeking a KL Project Manager to lead the setup of their new Kuala Lumpur office. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in operations and project coordination, alongside strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will coordinate office fit-out and logistics, manage hiring processes, and serve as the local point of contact for Brisbane leadership. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur with work from Monday to Friday, and requires Malaysian citizenship.

We are looking for a KL Project Manager to lead the physical and operational setup of our new Kuala Lumpur office. This is a 3-6 month project-based role focused on the initial setup phase of our Kuala Lumpur operations. This is a build-from-scratch role. You will coordinate the fit‑out, work with contractors and suppliers, support hiring and onboarding, and be the go‑to person on the ground during the setup phase. You will report to the Chief of Staff (based in Brisbane) and work day-to-day with the KL VP.
