The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while introducing a well-loved Indonesian culinary tradition. Responsibilities include recruiting staff, maintaining inventory, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Remuneration is RM3K - RM4K.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian F&B market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and daily operations of the outlet.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
• Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.
• Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Malaysian food safety and retail regulations.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
