The Commis / Chef / Chef de partie / Demi Chef is responsible for preparing a consistent, high quality food product and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Reasonable work experience relevant to the position applied for, preferably in a hotel or restaurant with good standards, along with strong culinary skills and sound hygiene knowledge.
