Job summary

You will also observe progress, maintain records, and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and leaders to support healthy child development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, organized learning environment and routines.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Observe and document progress; maintain student records and portfolios.
• Engage with parents through regular updates, conferences, and inquiries.
• Follow health, safety, safeguarding policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and PD.
