🌈 What do you do on a daily basis?

• Design and lead fun, interactive, and inspiring Chinese language courses and themed activities.
• Create a warm, safe, and positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support based on each child's personality and learning pace.
• Actively communicate with parents to jointly assist children's holistic development.
• Participate in team training and learning (continuous professional training provided, completely free!).
• Adhere to safety and teaching standards to ensure children grow up in a happy and safe environment every day.

🌟 What we hope you possess (preferred):

✔ The following are not mandatory, but we will give priority to candidates:

• Early childhood education or related field: Diploma/Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 2 years of kindergarten or preschool teaching experience (preferred)
• Love for children, patience, and a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills, able to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creative and willing to try different teaching methods
