Job summary

About you

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Experience working in kindergarten/childcare, particularly in senior or leadership positions

Experience as Principal/Head Teacher is an advantage

Strong communication skills with teachers, parents and management

Able to lead, guide and monitor teacher performance

Understanding of child development, classroom management and early childhood education

Able to manage documentation, lesson planning, student records and school reports

Proactive, responsible, organised and able to work independently

Caring, patient and highly interested in early childhood education
