Assistant Principal (Kindergarten/Playschool)

Keedsflix Denai Alam is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten and Playschool Teacher in Denai Alam, Selangor. As a full‑time teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping early education for young learners.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily playschool & preschool operations.
• Manage staff schedule, attendance, and performance.
• Handle parent communication and school management.
• Plan and prepare the annual school calendar (takwim).
• Monitor teaching quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure smooth operations.
• Proficient in using Canva for creating learning materials, posters, and school announcements.
• Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities promoting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing individualised support.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers for a seamless home‑school transition.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records, follow policies, and ensure a safe, healthy classroom.
