Qualifications

  • Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to expand business opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate new business ventures aligned with market demand and strategy.
  • Prepare impactful sales materials (catalogues, technical specs, project references) to support client engagement.
  • Apply Sales Funnel methodology to manage the pipeline, drive results, and improve conversion rates.
  • Engage target audiences (homeowners, architects, designers, contractors) and ensure high service quality.
  • Analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and income targets; monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Proficient with CRM and digital analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a plus.
  • Based in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, covering the Southern Region.
