The Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of the regional dealer network by managing dealer accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, supervising and developing team members while driving sales growth, operational improvements, and dealer satisfaction, with a focus on both business results and people development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Account, Performance & Financial Management

Manage assigned regional dealer accounts, ensuring timely order processing, payment follow‑up, and resolution of inquiries or complaints.

Maintain positive relationships with dealers and proactively identify sales opportunities within the network.

Monitor dealer sales performance and profitability, ensuring targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.

2. Operational Support, Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

Streamline processes to improve dealer service efficiency and operational workflows.

Develop and implement action plans to address network challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.

Lead initiatives that align with company objectives, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve measurable results.

Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve both individual and departmental goals.

Provide coaching, feedback, and training opportunities to enhance team members’ skills and career growth.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance work culture.

3. Communication, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary liaison between dealers and internal departments to ensure alignment and quick issue resolution.

Build trust and maintain open communication with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.

Represent the company professionally in dealer and industry engagements.

4. Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support

Prepare accurate monthly reports on dealer performance, sales trends, operational issues, and team productivity.

Analyze data to recommend improvement strategies, market opportunities, and cost control measures.

Provide management with actionable insights to support business decisions.

5. Campaigns, Promotions & Market Development

Develop and propose campaigns or promotions tailored to dealer needs and market demands.

Demonstrate initiative and creativity in generating solutions for network issues and business growth.

Support the company’s long‑term strategic plans by identifying emerging trends and untapped markets.

Skill and Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications in Sales, Account Management, or Leadership will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dealer/distributor account management, sales operations, or business development, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Proven track record in supervising or leading a small team.

Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
