A leading eCommerce company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you will oversee the performance of the D2C eCommerce store and develop effective strategies for digital merchandising and omnichannel integration. Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in business or marketing. Join Us: Retail-Savvy Account Managers Ready to Drive Growth

We’re looking for an Account Manager with strong retail experience to strengthen client relationships and accelerate business growth. In this role, you will manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Your retail background will enable you to understand client needs, spot market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

What You'll Do

i. D2C eCommerce Growth Management : Manage and grow the performance of our brand-owned D2C eCommerce store (web/app).

ii. Digital Merchandising & Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute digital merchandising, campaign planning, and product launch strategies.

iii. OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) Integration : Lead OMO initiatives such as click-and-collect, in-store digital experiences, and cross-channel promotions.

iv. Cross-Channel Retail Alignment : Collaborate with retail teams to align inventory, pricing, and customer engagement across channels.

v. Performance Analytics & Insights : Analyze performance metrics (traffic, AOV, conversion, retention) and generate actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

i. Relevant Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

ii. D2C & Omnichannel Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in D2C eCommerce, retail strategy, or omnichannel management.

iii. Digital Storefront & OMO Execution : Proven track record in managing digital storefronts and implementing OMO strategies.

iv. Strong Analytical & Technical Skills : Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

v. Effective Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
