Job summary

We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic customer accounts.

This role is responsible for building long-term partnerships with key customers, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and solutions.

The ideal candidate is commercially strong, customer-focused, and experienced in managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop assigned key customer accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand customers’ business needs, technical requirements, and commercial expectations.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including growth strategies, pricing, and service alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Logistics) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast demand, and manage risks and issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and growth proposals to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer industry developments, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or any other field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a B2B environment OR in a similar capacity.
  • Experience managing strategic or high-value customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred / Advantageous
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, industrial services, or technology-driven industries is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with regional or multinational customers.
  • Exposure to contract manufacturing, testing services, or engineering services environments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, operations, or quality management processes.
