Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Key Account Manager (IT) to expand GDEX's IT business portfolio, which includes Shopify, Xilnex, Sweetmag, and Anon. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Business Development, this role focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to ecosystem development. The position involves frequent travel across the ASEAN region to engage with partners and clients, ensuring alignment with local market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management and Business Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across GDEX\'s IT solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the client portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans aligned with the company\'s global business development strategy.
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners like Shopify to foster loyalty and collaboration.
  • Regional Travel and Market Presence: Travel across ASEAN countries to meet clients, partners, and internal teams to gather market intelligence and strengthen relationships.
  • Represent GDEX at regional events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote its IT business solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within IT or SaaS industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with the ASEAN IT market is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 30-40% of the time).
