Job Title: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Malaysia market, ensuring growth and retention of these strategic clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling Alibaba International's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights to inform business strategies and improve customer offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Above three years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysia market and the Alibaba International platform, as well as an understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
