Responsibility
- Convert leads into long-term clients through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to provide tailored solutions based on client needs
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- 150 or more connected calls per week
- Maintain 1 hour of talk time per day
- Explore and implement new strategies using AI tools to enhance sales pitches and client engagement
