We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager who will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. This role is pivotal in managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing significantly to our marketing direction.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the industrial filtration, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong understanding of filtration systems and industrial applications is highly desirable.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Ability to develop and execute long‑term business strategies.
Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in delivering presentations and negotiating contracts.
Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling change.
