Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager who will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategies and sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing significantly to our marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with existing clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

  • Focus on addressing customer pain points in all marketing communications.
  • Provide insights for content creation, such as blogs and case studies, highlighting our expertise in filtration optimization.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our product offerings.
  • Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Strong understanding of filtration systems and industrial applications is highly desirable.
