Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, ensuring they achieve their goals using the Encore Med System. The ideal candidate will actively work with clients to maximize their utilization of our digital health solutions, while achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional client support.

Client Enablement:

  • Guide clients in effectively using the Encore Med System to meet their business objectives.
  • Provide training, insights, and recommendations to optimize system utilization.

Sales Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Present and promote Encore Med's full range of digital health solutions to meet client needs.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s objectives.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and propose solutions to enhance their outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, tech, marketing, support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to product enhancements and service improvements.
