The Key Account Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. The role acts as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.

  • Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategies.
  • Ensure optimal customer service and meet assigned KPIs to grow sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
  • Assist with tender processing, price quotes, and rate negotiations.
  • Promote group services such as VAS and cross-sell activities to assigned Global Accounts.
