Job summary

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and distribution goals while staying within budget constraints.
  • Handle major customer accounts, coordinating with buyers, planning promotional activities, and ensuring high merchandising standards.
  • Conduct in-depth business reviews with key clients on a quarterly basis.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing international clients.
  • Oversee account receivables to reduce payment disputes and ensure timely collections.
  • Track and analyze trade returns for better stock management.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth market execution.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates; basic knowledge of FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with major clients.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
