Responsibilities
1. Sales & Profitability Growth
  • Manage and increase sales within assigned Modern Trade Key Accounts, ensuring continuous revenue and market share expansion.
  • Constantly review the pricing and promotional mix to improve sales and profitability.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute promotional activities with Key Accounts to improve sales volume and increase product visibility.
2. Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Proactively monitor the competition, analyzing competitor pricing and promotional activities to adjust internal sales strategy.
  • Accurately forecast and report on all sales volumes.
3. Marketing & Administrative Support
  • Assist in planning and execution of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) programs and activities.
  • Monitor the marketing budget.
  • Assist in developing product pricing structure and margin analysis.
  • Coordinate product packaging, brochure, and Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) design projects.
  • Provide support to all sales and marketing activities as required.
