Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts across vessel operations, domestic operations, fleet and rental services
  • Act as primary liaison between external parties (vessel operators, fleet managers, rental service providers) and internal company operations
  • Coordinate with Director on business development activities and follow up on new business opportunities identified by Director
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare proposals/presentations
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality service standards for diesel fuel supply to all key accounts
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare regular account performance reports and updates for management
  • Monitor account receivables and work with finance team on payment collections
  • Coordinate logistics and operations team to fulfil client requirements efficiently
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to strengthen business relationships
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor of Degree / Diploma
  • 3-4 years’ experience in B2B
  • Strong relationship‑building & negotiation skills
  • Project management skill in terms of time management, multitasking to handle multiple accounts
  • Problem‑solving ability to understand client’s needs
