Job summary

A P2P Financing Platform in Kelantan is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring and retaining Investors and Issuers. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in finance or banking. This position offers a basic salary of RM3,000 – RM4,000 plus commission based on performance and experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Unit Trust, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or relevant Sales experience.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to achieve targets.
  • Strengthen and expand the current sales network.
  • Monitor and report market trends and serve customer relationship management.
  • Review and report weekly/monthly sales reports.

About the Role: In this critical role, you will be responsible in achieving growth by acquiring, growing, and retaining Investors (Lenders) and Issuers (MSME Borrowers) through effective selling of microLEAP’s P2P Financing solution. Role is based in Kelantan and pay will be Salary plus Commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets in acquiring new Investors and Issuers
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and his team to achieve targets / budgets
  • Strengthen and continue expansion of our current sales network
  • Develop new relationship whilst maintaining strong relationship with business partners
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor analysis and proactively serve customer relationship management
  • Work closely with internal parties and solve issues with regards to operations, credit, and risk matters
  • Review and report weekly / monthly sales reports
  • Demonstrate commitment and adherence to company values and culture in day-to-day responsibilities and interactions
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks or projects allocated in consultation with C-level

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICSA, CFP, CEILLI or PCIL
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Unit Trust, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or other relevant Sales experience
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Ability to work independently, highly self-motivated for success

Pay range and compensation package: Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 + Commission. The final salary will be determined based on your interview performance and relevant experience. Commission is provided as part of the compensation package for this Sales Manager position.
