Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and/or mobile applications.
• Support UX flows and layouts based on user needs and product goals.
• Translate ideas, sketches, and feedback into polished visual designs.
• Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers during design and implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Help maintain design consistency through shared guidelines and design systems.
• Conduct light usability testing or gather user feedback when needed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Prefer 1–2 years of experience with a strong portfolio of diverse design projects (Internship/Freelance projects).
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of basic UX principles and best practices.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients (written & verbal).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion/animation tools is an advantage.
• Portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in visual design, layout, typography, and interaction is an advantage.
