Qualifications

• Prior experience or internship in UI/UX, e-commerce, or digital content is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) is desired.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.

Responsibilities

• Support EBTQ managers in the creation of brief templates including visual graphics.
• Ensure content and merchandising standards are maintained in alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to improve customer-centric communication.
• Manage the consistent implementation of Ratings & Reviews across all Product Display Pages.
