Job summary

Intrepid is seeking an E-Boutique Executive to manage promotional planning, stock coordination, and on-site merchandising for our SEA brand portfolio. You will translate campaigns into briefs, coordinate with E-Boutique Managers, and ensure timely asset delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotional Planning & Creative Briefing: Translate promotional plans into accurate operational and graphic design briefs across banners, pages, and launches.
• Stock Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor stock levels for launches; liaise with Stocks Management for transfers and replenishment.
• On-Site Merchandising & Feature Execution: Propose and execute engagement features on the website (Insider banners, countdowns, coupons).
• Promotional Planning & Growth (Future Scope): Participate in promotion planning during low-peak months as BAU stabilizes.

The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

As an E-Boutique Executive you will take charge of:

1. Promotional Planning & Creative Briefing

• Translate promotional plans into accurate operational and graphic design briefs (E-OPS and GD briefs) covering homepage banners, offer pages, set uploads, agentic promotions, and new product launches across the brand portfolio.


• Propose additional pages, new pages, or necessary enhancements to ensure a smooth customer journey, working closely with E-Boutique Managers and the E-OPS team.


• Ensure all brief submissions are managed within agreed timelines, facilitating thorough staging checks by the E-Boutique Manager and production verification once assets go live.

2. Stock Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor stock levels for new product launches and product sets across the brand portfolio.


• Liaise directly with E-OPS (Stocks Management) for routine stock transfers or stock replenishment.


• Escalate and negotiate stock constraints or complex inventory issues with the E-Boutique Manager.

3. On-Site Merchandising & Feature Execution

• Propose and execute engagement features on the website, including Insider pop-up banners, countdown timers, and coupon code integrations. (Using Insider Tools)

4. Promotional Planning & Growth (Future Scope)

• Once Business As Usual (BAU) operations and tasks are stable across the brand portfolio, take on opportunities to participate in and contribute to promotion planning during low-peak months.
