Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

About the job

Provides HR services with a human touch while leveraging scalable processes to support the full Talent Acquisition function—from internships and employee roles to middle‑management and senior‑management recruitment. Focus on efficiency while meeting stakeholder and candidate needs. Regularly support one market cluster/location, ensuring consistency and standardization.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • General HR Service Delivery and HR Advisory
    Delivers fast, responsive, high‑quality HR services to HR communities, managers, and candidates. Oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, answers inquiries, prepares and dispatches documentation. Consults line managers on Talent Acquisition topics (incl. EDI) and fosters an excellent candidate experience.
  • Talent Acquisition Operations
    Supports hiring managers with recruitment initiation and guidance. Prepares and publishes job postings, screens and creates longlists/shortlists of candidates, monitors pipelines, and proposes sourcing strategies. Executes interview sessions, organizes testing, and provides feedback to hiring managers. Negotiates offers under guidelines. Maintains regular contact and database quality, and acts as a backup for team members.
  • HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
    Consults with collaborators on HR policies and standards, recommends process improvements, and supports HR projects aimed at efficiency and quality.
About you
  • University degree/diploma in any business studies.
  • Minimum 0‑2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Native or fluent in Japanese; minimum intermediate level in English speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Team‑oriented and able to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Innovative, creative, and can‑do attitude.
