Pamir Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Junior / Senior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, and communicating with project managers and clients as needed
• Overseeing the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise efficiency
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, quality control, and compliance
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a construction site supervision role, with a minimum of 3-5 years for a Junior Supervisor or 5-8 years for a Senior Supervisor
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• A relevant construction‑related diploma or degree is preferred
