We are a quantity surveying consultancy firm with over 30 years of experience in the industry. With a strong team of QS, we are currently seeking junior and senior quantity surveyors. If you are high-performance individuals with abundant energy, we have roles with the chance to advance your career and demonstrate your skills. Our firm is located at Johor Bahru. We are looking to hire multiple junior/senior QS, salary is negotiable based on experience and skillsets.

Responsibilities:

Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender Administration.

Pre contract Administration Works includes tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and Sub-Contractor, preparation of BQ, taking off quantities, pricing, submission of tender & tender interview when necessary.

Post Contract administration includes procurement support, follow up projects progress, handles claims and payments, Variation Order Claims, taking off quantities and attending client / consultant & site meetings.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and promptly address issues to keep the projects on schedule.

Demonstrate problem-solving skills specific to quantity surveying tasks, effectively resolving challenges encountered during project execution.

Capable of managing multiple projects.

Communicate with clients, consultants & contractors on technical & contractual issues of projects undertaken by the Firm

Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 (junior) /4 (senior) years working experience preferably in quantity surveying firms handling multiple projects.

Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.

Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Proficient in both written and spoken English

Knowledge of Mandarin language an added advantage

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Glodon Software (TAS, TRB).
