Overview

We are looking for Junior or Senior Associates to join the founding team at LT Wisepool Consulting & Outsourcing Services Sdn Bhd in the JB office. In this hybrid role, you will be involved in accounting, auditing and valuation assignments for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive accounting and auditing services to our clients, including financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Providing group consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
• Assisting in financial due diligence assignments.
• Assisting in business valuation assignments and financial modelling.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the team, sharing your expertise and helping to build their skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance graduate with 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possessing self-motivated and initiative personality.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Occasional traveling to Singapore for job assignments, if required.
• Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance / completion of CFA level 1.
• SPM with distinction or credit on add-math is a plus point.
