Role

We are seeking a versatile sales & marketing executive who is as comfortable closing a deal as they are creating a campaign. You will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales efforts and increasing our brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities (B2B & B2C), follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our travel packages and services.
• Digital Presence: Manage and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with our community and attract new customers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring the high level of service 5A Travels is known for.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of travel trends and competitor offerings to keep our packages competitive and fresh.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the travel/tourism industry is preferred.
• Skills: Proven "hunter" mentality for sales with a creative eye for marketing.
• Communication: Fluent in Tamil, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus given the Penang market).
