Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through engaging and servicing customers.
• Present and demonstrate hygiene and wellness products and services to potential customers, highlighting benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales documentation and follow up on leads and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning.
• Conduct product training and provide technical support as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the system.
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend training, briefings and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
