A cosmetic distribution company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales professional to manage B2B accounts and expand the customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing and 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. Responsibilities include preparing product proposals, monitoring sales performance, and conducting market research. Manage existing B2B accounts by maintaining strong relationships, providing updates, and addressing client needs promptly.
Develop and expand the company’s B2B customer portfolio through prospecting, networking, and business development activities.
Prepare and deliver product proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Coordinate order processing with internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Monitor sales performance and account activity, including sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Track client orders from confirmation to fulfilment and provide after-sales service, issue resolution, and follow-up support.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and new business opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support promotions, campaigns, and account requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of sales records, contracts, and communications for internal tracking.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, business visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or distribution.
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or key account servicing is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
