Job Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure positive service experiences.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing orders, documentation, and paperwork throughout the sales process.
- Provide administrative support to the field sales team, including preparing quotations, handling calls, managing correspondences, and checking stock levels.
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status.
- Offer consistent and supportive post-sales assistance to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist line manager in preparing required sales reports.
- Must be willing to travel for outstation tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred to support business operations.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service mindset.
- Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.

- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the management.
Requirements

- Computer-literate and comfortable with basic math.
