Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional office furniture. This role requires strong technical drawing, 3D modeling, and rendering skills, along with the ability to contribute to design processes, collaborate with teams, and support product development from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop office furniture, ensuring a balance of functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

Create technical drawings and production specifications using AutoCAD.

Produce 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max for client presentations and visual concepts.

Collaborate with the senior design team, offering design insights and contributing to ideation sessions.

Assist in research and discovery processes, including identifying design trends and innovations in the office furniture industry.

Help develop product presentations, assist with RFP responses, pitch presentations, and participate in client-facing meetings.

Provide input on resource planning, project estimation, and some project management aspects.

Foster teamwork and personal development by mentoring junior team members.

Continuously improve design concepts based on client feedback and usability principles.

Stay updated on current digital design trends and principles of usability and interaction design.

Required Skills and Experience:

Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.

Expertise in AutoCAD for technical drawings and 3ds Max for 3D modeling/rendering.

Strong mentorship skills, with a focus on team growth and development.

High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding client and user needs.

Critical and analytical thinking skills to contribute to discovery and problem-solving processes.

Proven experience in generating and developing design concepts, with exposure to campaign/ad concepts being a plus.
