Job summary

LINERGY POWER SDN. BHD. is seeking a Junior .NET Developer in Malaysia to support development, enhancements, and maintenance of internal business systems.

You will work with senior developers, analysts, and users to build system functions, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability and usability. You will participate in development tasks, write maintainable code, and assist in testing, deployment, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of .NET development experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Exposure to WinForms development is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries; knowledge of views, stored procedures, and functions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or Node.js is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, or Web APIs.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools is preferred.
• Good logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal business applications.
• Develop assigned system functions based on business requirements and technical design documents.
• Write clear, structured, and maintainable code under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in system testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Work with business analysts and team members to understand requirements and complete tasks on schedule.
• Respond to user-reported issues and help resolve system problems.
• Support daily system operations and ensure stable performance.
• Monitor system errors and analyze basic performance issues; implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain basic database queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Support system integration using RESTful APIs, Web Services, or Web APIs.
• Use Git for source control and collaboration.
• Continuously learn new technologies and expand technical skills.
