The candidate will assist in project management activities related to system implementation, configuration, and support while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on knowledge of Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Basic understanding or involvement in Project Management processes
• Proficiency in SQL Accounting systems, Autocount Accounting system, Point of Sales System, ERP System, Cloud Based Software, and Networking solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
