Job description

The Junior Finance Executive is primarily responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with any and all tasks assigned. This role supports the Finance Team in providing full support to local business operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position reports to the Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekly/monthly payments and ensure correctness.
• Coordinate closely with Accounts Payable for vendor account setup, payment processing, and related matters.
• Monitor and follow up on recurring, advance, settlement expenses, ad hoc expenses; provide accruals and aging reports to the CFO.
• Perform various Treasury ad hoc and weekly support functions.
• Act as backup for Accounts Receivable support with reconciliations by coordinating and providing needed information from external parties.
• Have experience with procurement.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a related field is helpful.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least an LCCI, Diploma, Advanced / Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Ability to problem solve and predict potential problems with assigned tasks.
