Job summary

A leading automotive company in Klang is seeking a Quality Control Inspector. You will be responsible for conducting inspections on refurbished vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and performing test drives to confirm mechanical issues are resolved. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive repair experience and holds MLVK Level 3 certification. This position requires a valid driving license and includes daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Compulsory valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% Quality Control Inspections (QC) for refurbished vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle test drives to confirm mechanical issues are resolved.
• Fulfill 100% of individual productivity on a daily basis.
• Update check sheets and systems accordingly.
• Arrange rework to respective operational sections.

About You

Responsible for the conducting inspection and maintaining quality of the CCL refurbished vehicles and related processes to deliver optimum quality products as per guideline to customers.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct 100% Quality Control Inspections (QC) checking to ensure all cars were produced according to Carsome Certified quality standards.
• Conduct vehicle test drive to confirm the mechanical issue was solved.
• Fulfill 100% of individual productivity by daily basics.
• Check sheet and system update
• Rework arrangement to the respective operation section

Your Know-How

• At least MLVK Level 3 Certified in Automotive Engineering background.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive car repair
• Compulsory with valid driving license
• Automotive After Sales Car Repair skills

• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
