Job description
Commercial Support
  • Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Support the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform commercial decisions
  • Help in managing and optimizing commercial contracts and agreements
Sales Activities
  • Contribute to the sales process by generating leads, following up with prospects, and qualifying opportunities
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations to support the sales team
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and results
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Marketing Initiatives
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and events
  • Help create and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
Customer and Market Engagement

Administrative and Reporting Duties
