Overview

ZALORA is looking for a passionate and fashion-savvy Account Manager to join our Modest team. This hybrid role combines brand account management for Marketplace brands with buying responsibilities for RBO (Outright) collaborations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the modest fashion market, insights into regional consumer preferences, and the ability to spot and bring in brands that add value to ZALORA’s growing modest portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales performance of assigned Marketplace modest brands, ensuring growth and healthy stock rotation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
  • Lead the buying process for RBO collaborations, from concept development to product selection and sell-through analysis.
  • Identify and onboard new emerging modest brands that align with ZALORA’s positioning and customer needs.
  • Analyze category performance and customer insights to propose strategic assortment and buying decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, onsite, operations) to ensure brand visibility and campaign success.
  • Support the Modest Category Lead in achieving seasonal targets, optimizing OTB, and driving sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or account management — ideally within modest fashion.
  • Strong understanding of modest consumer trends in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong fashion sense with the ability to identify commercially viable trends and products.
