As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with insurance clients and internal teams to research and build predictive analytics solutions. If you're someone who enjoys working with data—cleaning it, analyzing it, modelling it— this role is for you. Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone with advanced studies or hands‑on experience in analytics, we welcome you to join us!

What you will do
  • Research and develop predictive analytic solutions as applied to the insurance industry, in partnership with our insurance clients, and also with our internal Product and Tech teams.
  • Critically evaluate data for quality measures such as completeness, accuracy, and applicability.
  • Provide support to any ongoing data science project.
  • Effectively communicate results in written, oral and presentation formats.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics with Specialty in Statistics.
  • Candidates holding a Master will be given added advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with a range of modern statistical and analytic tools, such as R, SQL, Python etc. to model, cleanse, manipulate and analyse very large datasets.
  • Hands‑on experience in applying or understanding modern machine learning techniques like deep neural networks, anomaly detection, SVM, K-means, PCA, etc.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
