Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- For No Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or graduating soon).
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Java or Go preferred).
- Familiar with databases, REST APIs, or other backend fundamentals through coursework or projects.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow team standards, and adapt based on feedback.
- 1–2 years of professional experience:
- Proficient in Java or Go and familiar with frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and tools like Kafka, Redis, or Git.
- Able to deliver features with minimal bugs and follow development best practices.
- Understands basic technical design and can identify simple requirement gaps or contradictions.
Nice to Have (For All Levels)
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, or basic testing frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Personal or open‑source projects that demonstrate initiative.
