  • Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts using accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
