Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Java application development, maintenance, or production support.

• Basic understanding of application support processes, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 application maintenance and production support for payment applications.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Java Payments Engineer (L3) to provide application maintenance and production support for payment applications within the Client Entitlement Workflow (CEW) and Payment Data Repository (PDR) ecosystem. The successful candidate will support business-critical payment systems by monitoring application health, troubleshooting production issues, resolving incidents, and assisting with application enhancements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with enterprise payment platforms, Java microservices, and financial services technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience implementing file conversion processes (e.g., TXT to XML, CSV to XML).
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting for automation and operational support.
• Exposure to highly secure environments such as banking or financial services.
• Understanding of security concepts including encryption, audit controls, two‑factor authentication (2FA), and multi‑factor authentication (MFA).
