Job Responsibilities:

Manufacturing & Product Engineering Track

• Improve products, processes, and components to meet technical and business goals.
• Support product and process design for cost, manufacturability, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with teams across R&D, procurement, and technical services to sustain and enhance products.
• Participate in transitioning products from prototype to volume production.
• Manage product data such as BOMs and routings; work with suppliers to meet quality and delivery targets.

R&D Hardware Engineering Track

• Design and develop components, systems, and processes using broad engineering concepts.
• Solve complex design challenges and contribute to product innovation.
• Document research outcomes and support the transition of designs into production.
• May lead or support feature development and integration across teams.

R&D Software Engineering Track

• Design, develop, and maintain software for test and measurement solutions, instruments, or systems.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices in coding, testing, debugging, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and software performance optimization.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and drive innovation within the software development lifecycle.
