Job summary

CHJ Jewellery (M) Sdn Bhd at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, is hiring Jewellery Sales Executives. Friendly, motivated individuals will welcome customers, provide jewellery information, and help maintain displays; training will be provided.

Sales roles require teamwork, weekend availability, and good English and Bahasa Malaysia. Prior retail experience is a plus but not essential; leadership experience is preferred for Branch Manager tracks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, honest, and responsible.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn about jewellery and sales.
• Able to work in a team.
• Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred for the Branch Manager position.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery.
• Provide good customer service and product information.
• Maintain store cleanliness and jewellery displays.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Assist with stock checking and daily store duties.
• Assist customers and achieve sales targets.
• Support the Branch Manager in daily store operations.
• Guide and assist junior sales staff.
• Help maintain good customer service and teamwork.
• Assist with stock control and store displays.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
