Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a Java Developer who wants solid technical challenges while still maintaining a healthy, family‑oriented lifestyle. You will manage and support in‑house systems and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Customer Support

• Provide timely technical assistance to system users, covering network configuration and software functionality issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems while guiding customers through clear, practical solutions.
• Develop expert‑level knowledge of the in‑house software to deliver consistent, high‑quality support.
• Collaborate with client technology teams and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when necessary.

Software Development

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Java programming and technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Java SE/EE (OOP, multithreading, collections) and familiarity with Eclipse IDE.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, Linux/Unix systems, and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, user‑friendly manner.
• Self‑discipline and the ability to work independently while managing tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
