A healthcare service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Japanese speaking Customer Relations Executive. This role involves attending to Japanese members as an interpreter for medical consultations, providing medical support, and handling administrative duties. Candidates must possess strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 preferred), be fluent in English, and have at least 1 year of working experience. The position requires 24-hour standby rotations, with benefits including medical insurance, parking, and a convenient office location next to an LRT station.
Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter for doctor consultation.
Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.
Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers who involve in car accident.
Handling documents and data input computer system in Japanese & English.
Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
Answering phone calls, handling e‑mail correspondence & ad-hoc duties.
This duties need to 24 hour Standby rotational shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday.
Requirements:
Strong Japanese language skill is a Must. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
Fluent in Japanese and Good in English, Bahasa.
Prefer at least 1 year working experience in any industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Willing to travel.
Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Off day Saturday & Sunday, twice per week.
Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication & Insurance agent.
