Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend Japanese members at hospitals as an interpreter.
• Provide medical support including hospital procedures and insurance claims.
• Handle documents and data entry in Japanese & English.
• Support police reporting as an interpreter for accidents.
• Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties.
• Answer phone calls and handle email correspondence.
• Requires 24-hour standby shifts for emergency support.
