Job Description

1. Provide system training, offer professional technical support to users, and resolve issues encountered during their use of the system.
2. Be responsible for the daily operational tasks of the system, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, to ensure the stable operation of the system.
3. Collect user feedback, collaborate with the product team, and continuously optimize system functionality and user experience.
4. Write and maintain technical support documentation, including operation manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
5. Assist in system upgrades and updates to ensure the smooth progression of technical iterations.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: IT service experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in automotive (whole vehicle or parts) manufacturing and familiarity with factory IT infrastructure layout is preferred.
2. Network Expertise: Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting at least two major network device brands, such as Huawei, H3C, or Cisco.
3. Hardware/Virtualization Skills: Solid experience with at least two major hardware or virtualization products, such as Dell, EMC, or VMware.
4. Technical Protocols:
   1. In-depth understanding of at least two traditional network protocols (e.g., OSPF, MSTP) and their application scenarios.
   2. Proficiency in at least two tunneling protocols (e.g., IPSEC, L2TP) and their use cases.
5. Hands‑on experience with at least two stacking and redundancy technologies (e.g., IRF, VPC, Stackwise‑virtual).
6. Language Skills: Fluency in Malay. Proficiency in Chinese or English as a working language is required, with fluency in Chinese preferred.
